Contact and lead information

When you submit the contact form, the site stores your name, email address, optional organization and role, selected area of interest, message, consent record, and submission time. Ross Beurmann Consulting uses this information only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. It is retained in Supabase for up to 180 days and then deleted by a scheduled database job. The form does not intentionally store your IP address or browser details. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information.

AI assistant

Common questions may be answered from the site's repository-controlled knowledge base. Questions that require additional synthesis, together with limited conversation context, are sent to Anthropic to generate an answer. This site does not persist conversations. Visitors should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information.

Analytics

No product-analytics provider has been approved or implemented. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security, reliability, and operation.

You may ask Ross Beurmann Consulting to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing ross@rossbeurmann.com.

Future changes

If analytics or additional data processing is introduced, this notice and the governing specification will be updated before launch.
